At Rosewood Eurasiers, our breeding philosophy begins with a deep appreciation for everything that makes this breed so extraordinary. We are committed to honoring the Eurasier origins, safeguarding its distinctive qualities, and contributing positively to its future.

Above all, our goal is to breed Eurasiers that faithfully reflect the original breed standard in both temperament and physical qualities. Guided by the principles of breeding “The Eurasier Way,” we strive to preserve the breed's sound structure, characteristic appearance, intelligence, sensitivity, and devotion to family—qualities that define the Eurasier as an exceptional family companion.

While our dogs are not bred primarily for the show ring, we believe that a commitment to the breed standard provides a strong foundation for success in the ring.  A well-bred Eurasier should possess qualities that are appreciated both as a family companion and in the show ring, with its intelligence and temperament also lending themselves beautifully to a variety of canine activities.

Every breeding decision reflects our responsibility to the breed, the individual dogs in our care, and the families who will one day welcome a Rosewood puppy into their lives.

Thoughtful breeding begins long before puppies arrive. Each pairing is carefully considered, with attention to temperament, health testing, pedigree, genetic diversity, and sound structure. Equally important is how the individual dogs complement one another, with the goal of preserving the qualities that make the Eurasier such an exceptional companion.
